SUPPLIER RISK MANAGEMENT
Knowing which suppliers receive the largest dollars of spend is just a first step in managing supplier risk, tail spend also matters. Supply chain execs also need to know which suppliers have the highest probability of impacting your business through financial crises, lack of capacity, material shortages, quality problems or a myriad of other challenges. Knowing which suppliers are single or sole source, those most difficult or costly to replace and those located in areas prone to natural disasters such as earthquakes, tornados or hurricanes. SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
