My staff was in dire need of training, especially when it came to Strategic Sourcing and performing RFP’s and RFQ’s. Jane, of Purple Link, was able to make the material relevant to what my team was working on.  She studied our organization to figure out how she could give concrete examples and realistic templates that they could use right after they completed the training. She created PowerPoints and templates to walk my team through exactly what was required and expected of them.

Usually these were either conducted at the desk of the individual or in small groups in our conference room. These
