Jane conducted formal training sessions ranging from Strategic Sourcing vs. Purchasing, Supplier Categorization,
Metrics and KPI’s and Change Management. Those are the what…here is the how. Each presentation was followed
with either individual or group meetings to show how what was presented could be put into practice at Z-Tronix.
Usually these were either conducted at the desk of the individual or in small groups in our conference room. These
helped to build trust and relationships with our management team. It also provided us with valuable feedback as to who might need a bit more one on one training.
